hello!
I’m Jenn.
Neuroscience background. Product builder. Self-directed peptide user — not a doctor
Rigor over hype. Questions over prescriptions.
I’m a woman in my forties (perimenopause, if we’re naming names) which means my body recently started doing things it never cleared with me first. Sleep that won’t quite land. Energy that dips where it used to hold. That distinct feeling that the rules changed and nobody sent the memo. None of it dramatic. All of it real.
I studied neuroscience and spent my career as a tech product director building digital tools, and – the part people find a little weird – I love reading clinical studies for fun. So when things started shifting, my first instinct wasn’t to panic or buy a $300 cream. It was to pay attention. Years as a competitive athlete had already made me curious about what actually helps a body recover, and that curiosity eventually turned into my own peptide protocol.
Here’s the catch: the good information is out there — smart podcasts, sharp Substacks, people doing real n-of-1 work. But it’s scattered across a hundred tabs, mostly written for men, and tangled up with hype (ah hem Tik Tok and IG) and supplement ads until you can’t tell the signal from the sell. I didn’t want to become the tenth peptide podcast. I wanted the one place that gathers what’s actually credible, written for a woman paying attention to a body that’s changing. So I started building the thing I couldn’t find. That’s Found Method.
If you're somewhere in the same spot — noticing the changes, wanting to do this thoughtfully instead of just white-knuckling through it — then yeah, this is for you.
What Found Method is becoming...
Found Method is growing into a trusted home base for people navigating self-directed peptide protocols — built first for women, whose needs most existing resources overlook. Today that’s a reconstitution calculator and a protocol tracker.
Next: vetted guides, plain-language explainers on what to research and what to ask, and an honest look at how others are really doing — all held to a clear editorial standard. Not selling anything. Not prescribing. Just trusted, carefully sourced tools and information. Find your method.
